- the regular working project meetings among school coordinators, teachers or school headmasters will be organised - three meetings in the first year of project realisation and three meetings in the second year, which allow information exchange and sharing of experiences or good practices within the whole group.
All project partners will meet on the first working meeting among school coordinates, English teachers and headmasters of all institution.
We will find the common evaluation methods and plan the common and local activities.
- number of students - the best solution is to take 2 students for each visit and everything should be arranged earlier with the host country because partners can ask the host country if it is possible to take more children as well
- criteria for deciding who visits countries - partners choose the best students who are nice, obedient, well-behaved, open-minded, easy going etc. don't forget about psychological conditions
- communication between families before visits - they exchange e-mails 2 weeks before the visit in order to get to know better each other and make it easier for the children not to be nervous or worried about their staying in a new family
- activities for children at school - host countries prepare such kind of the activities that all students can take part in without thinking about fear of different language, for example - "Getting to know folk culture of host country. Learning folk dance, songs, music, clothes, legends and craftsmen. Broadening the knowledge folk culture.Learning activating methods of teaching about folk culture".
- students should enjoy their time and feel secure

- set a financial plan for 2 years (partners plan expenditure on their own to have enough money for all the visits)
- partners pay their own bills unless the local authorities make funds available to help the host country organize some events, trips etc.


- partners write emails in order to be in touch with each other (greetings, school life, problems with preparation of the visit, giving considering different matters of the project etc.)
- teachers encourage students to communicate with children from different countries


- Erasmus+ - Euro Folklore website is administered by Poland - the coordinator of the project
- partners are requested to open a newsgroup in order to discuss a particular subject and exchange information considering project (except personal matters)
- each country is supposed to bring at the next visit a presentation, a short description of the previous visit or photos on a CD which is signed with the name of the particular host country
- all partners are requested to collect data related to what has been done within each module and provide the coordinator with the information in terms of updating the Euro Folklore website
- the website is devoted to present project only which stands for the Euro Folklore - Small explorers in a magic world of the European folk culture and is maintained for 3 years (during 2 years of cooperation and 1 year longer) and then all the data will be stored, archived partners get a CD
