We will find the common evaluation methods and plan the common and local activities.
- number of students - the best solution is to take 2 students for each visit and everything should be arranged earlier with the host country because partners can ask the host country if it is possible to take more children as well
- criteria for deciding who visits countries - partners choose the best students who are nice, obedient, well-behaved, open-minded, easy going etc. don't forget about psychological conditions
- communication between families before visits - they exchange e-mails 2 weeks before the visit in order to get to know better each other and make it easier for the children not to be nervous or worried about their staying in a new family
- activities for children at school - host countries prepare such kind of the activities that all students can take part in without thinking about fear of different language, for example - "Getting to know folk culture of host country. Learning folk dance, songs, music, clothes, legends and craftsmen. Broadening the knowledge folk culture.Learning activating methods of teaching about folk culture".
- students should enjoy their time and feel secure
