So, there are four different types of Bachillerato taught at our school: Humanities and Social Sciences, Science and Technology and Art. Furthermore, there are other non-compulsory teachings at our school such as vocational training of intermediate level on Administration and Social and Health Care; vocational studies of high level on Administration and Finances. Besides there's a program called PCPI (initial program of professional qualification) addressed to students older than 16 who lost interest in academic teaching, so for those there's a chance of getting a professional certificate through this type of programs that were promoted by the Spanish government some years ago and which are still current.

Regarding students who come to our school everyday, most of them are middle class teenagers. We could say that 60% of them come from families working in the building and service sectors while 40% belong to a very heterogeneus group whose parents are Administration employees, teachers, State security employees, industrialists, traders as well as retired people.

In this last group we can include a number of immigrant students who come from different countries, mainly from South American countries, Great Britain and Morocco. There are also some students who don't live in Coin but they stay here during the school week at the School Residence Nuestra Señora de la Fuensanta which is placed beside the high school. Most of these residence students are in the first cycle of compulsory secondary education and come from underpriviledged socio-cultural backgrounds or difficult family environment what makes them drop out of school at a very early age.

This project is very important for us to make our students feel as a part of our "Big Europe", doing they work all together with other countries in order to solve a common problem about the enviroment. It is really a chance to improve our common lenguaje (English), feeling as part of Europe and know differents cultures.
